Dolphin Encounters Bahamas, Ltd provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased. No restocking fee is charged if the orders are returned in perfect condition. Clothing items that need to be return for example wrong size or sizes; we can exchange them if the item is in stock. In the event that your product was damaged in transit or there was an error in processing your order, please contact our customer service department for return instructions.

All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. The following terms must be met by you.
  • Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packing material must not be torn or damaged.
  • Must be returned in original packing box.
  • All items shipped back will be at owner's expense.
  • Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes.
  • Books must be in mint condition.
  • Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned

    Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will refund the amount of the item(s) to your credit charge account not including shipping and handling fees. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund

    All Canceled Orders after shipping (including international orders) are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the items total. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
